Season 1 was more cartoonish than 2,3 and more fun?

I noticed that graphics in first season are a little different... Reminds me some of Telltale's old games like Back To Future and Sam & Max (which i never played...). Some of the characters look so cartoonish: i mean look at Larry - he looks and SOUNDS like he came straight from Disney universe)) And Kenny with his oversized mustache)) Why arent they making these kind of characters anymore?

Telltale based season 1's graphics on the Walking Dead comics which is why the likely looked more cartoonish.

Fun fact, the actor who plays Larry (Terry McGovern) played the character Launchpad McQuack in the Ducktales cartoons so he literally does have a Disney voice.

    Don't dis the stache, it's awesome =)

  • Don't you dare insult Kenny's godly 'stache!
Also, S1 and S2 share the same engine, both games look comic-like. S2 just improves upon S1 engine-wise/animation-wise.

  • Launchpad was bomb! Didn't he team up with DArkwing Duck also?

  • They changed the game engine for the third game (it's used in Batman and Guardians of the Galaxy too).

It's let them do more action based scenes, such as with Jesus in the subway tunnels, but it's had the flip side of making the games look more like a low quality animated series than a comic page come to life.

  • POWERFUL STACHE! :D
