Would you rather wait 10 years or wait the time that it actually did take for A New Frontier
Would you rather wait 10 years (Or longer 10 is just an example) for there to be different storylines for different endings for example Kenny,Clem and AJ actually do go to Florida or Jane,Clem and AJs survival at howes. Or would you just keep it how it is now with A New Frontier Storyline

This is not GTA or Watch dogs we're talking about here. At max it should take maybe 3 years to make. That's way too much time for a 5 part episodic series that at max is 2 hours a piece.
I'd be patient and wait 10 years for different endings. And I'd stand by it, for the storyteller in me.
I have to agree that it shouldn't take 20 years for Telltale to take care all of that. I would have waited 5, maybe 6 years for it to be more improved.
10 years is too much. I'm fine with 3-4 years (the time that we got). I'm not okay with the fact that in those 3 years, their Walking Dead team must have come up with good ideas, only for them to be cut out or scrapped. You can see some of this near the release of ANF. (E3 trailer had different vibe, Slaughterhouse scene teased before release)
Telltale just needs to trust themselves more. We've seen content that was scrapped, but that content looked good! I really don't understand why some of it didn't make cut.. They seem so much more interesting than what we got.
The problem is the multitude of writers + these writers being shoved from project to project, resulting in shifting writers every or so episode.
Look at S1, it head 2 Lead-Writers, and 1-2 writers/episode.
S2 had a couple more but still within acceptable limits, but ANF is all over the place, in both terms, writers and writing. Just look up how many lead-writers they have and how many writers per episode.
Too many cooks fuck up the meal or so they say. It makes no sense for a writer to write the first 2 episodes and then put him/her somewhere else (another project), and then have someone else pick up. He sees what happened will have different ideas. And that goes for the next writer, and the next. It's total chaos. No coherence.
We shouldn't have to wait 10 years at Max we should have to wait a halve a year. Just look at the timeline with season one and season 2 release. Really three years for season 3? They need to stop making 15 different games at once and start doing what they used to do and focus on a couple at a time.
I've said it once I'll say it agian I would wait telltale more than 10 years for s4 if they would make a good game out of it
It seems like telltale spends 2 years making ideas, then the year next scrapping them and making a whole new story.
might not be alive 10 years lots of shit can happen.
No thanks i'd like to still be yourg when they finish this tripe up.
Fuck walking dead anymore anyway give us something new and idk alive
More like 1 hour now.
70 minutes is more realistic.
They could take 19 years and end up with what we have now. The root of the problem is telltales management, unorganized writing structure and lack of direction for walking dead. These problems If truly corrected could create a beautifully crafted walking dead product in around 2 years.
In real world time or in the game world time?
both tbh
Ties that bind part 1 and 2 should of only taken approx 30 days to make for TellTale, not sure how long it would take for them to come up with character names, designs and the writing aspects of things. I think a new frontier would of only taken about 6 months to make.
well, still should've keep writers from the previous season. Sure, Season 2 had it's faults but I fear the new blood is destroying the continuity and welfare of the characters.
It's like the tv show all over again, replacing writers with every season.
Ten years is excessive just for this game. I like the series, but we are talking about a decade of our lives, so hell no. Just for season 3 to come out was a bit too long.
