Are Telltale games meant to be played on a game console and not a PC?

Because TWD always lags on my computer both my Windows 10 and 8 laptop.

Are Telltale games mainly meant for a game console like PS4?

    I found it funner and less glitchy on console, yes.

    So far, ANF & Guardians (the only two which I've purchased for PC) have run great on my CyberPower. I also tried the free episode 1 of Batman and it ran smooth as all hell whereas it was choppy framerate city on my PS4.

    Personally, I get a better experience out of playing it on PC (bought from Steam) but it varies on how good your PC is. If you have a lower end PC (or if you are playing a more modern Telltale game such as Batman, New Frontier, or Guardians), then I would recommend playing on a modern gen Console instead of PC.

    If you're having a problem with the game on PC, it's your PC and not Telltale's fault. I play on PC and I do not experience any kind of problems.
