ANF Episode 5 SPOILERS reveiw

Honestly, I would give this episode a 7/10, it gets many things right but also a few things wrong

Pros

  • Most of the story arcs are wrapped up nicely
  • David gets some character development (and dies at the end)
  • Gabe dies in one of the endings
  • Jesus makes a return
  • Lots of actions in the third act
  • Opening flashback serves as good backstory
  • Tough choices
  • throughout the whole episode, Javier is tested as a leader
  • good payoff for sone of the choices

Cons

  • Some major choices have NO payoff
  • no payoff for the Shoot Joan or Accept deal choice at the end of episode 4
  • Very predictable
  • Short episode(the whole episode felt short)
  • lazy ending (by lazy I mean generic) (the ending shows that after 3 days, Richmond is completely back to normal and clementine sets out to find AJ)
  • David feels more like a pain in the ass then a deep but flawed character
