Why couldn't Sarah just be someone who couldn't get infected and come back? And she and Clem look for AJ? That would be awesome. It'd be awesome if they were tricking us and I would definitely love this series if that were to happen.

    But for real though, while it is established as being a virus and therefore could theoretically have a vaccine or resistance made for it, there's still the matter of her potentially basically looking like Victor Zsasz with Bunnie Rabbot legs.
