My honest opinion about ANF

It has been a rather...troublesome journey.

There are some goods stuff and there are some bad and missed opportunities.

I think this is the first Telltale Game that I didn't felt emotionally connected to the characters. Heck, I felt Minecraft: Story Mode was a lot better. That game had a lot of ideas and a little more originality. And at least there, I was invested in the characters and I was having fun.

Javier was a likable protagonists and I enjoyed playing as him. While I still love Clementine, when you know that you can pick her off the story and nothing changes, then her involvement was completely unnecessary. The characters and the story weren't that well development. Everything felt rushed and the pacing wasn't that good. If Telltale was honest from the beginning, this would have been more acceptable. The fact that they weren't honest, it just sticks out like a sour thumb.

While my feelings for this game aren't as negative and soured as others, I am still quite disappointed in this game. To speak bluntly, this is my least favorite Telltale Game to date.

I'm still gonna get GoT S2 if it comes out, but right now I will be more cautious when I buy games from Telltale.

And I am not criticizing because I hate the company. I am criticizing because I care and I want them to do better. I know they can do better. I have seen it in their other games that have really made me appreciate a good storytelling and how their games let me talk to the character.

Just needed to get this off my chest.
