Were the zombies too intelligent in that one scene...?
When the group crosses the ledge that has the car with the hood embedded near the edge a few of them almost fall over as they try to step around it.
When the zombies approach that ledge they just beat the car until it falls over. Just the sight of them punching it is rather humorous, actually.
But it maybe made them seem intelligent and even made idiots of the living (why didn't they try to just throw it over the edge?)
It seemed inconsistent with the comics. In the comics, those things are so dumb that they just walk toward the sounds of crashing waves and fall over a ledge-- hundreds are exterminated in that manner. And I assume that it would be the same case in the game-- if the game makers were even slightly familiar with the comics. They would just fall over the edge as they tried to walk around the car.
Anyway, I'm somewhat hung up on that detail because in my story they wound up killing Tripp immediately afterward. Unnecessary.

Yeah, I thought that was what Tripp was gonna end up doing seeing as he's so pointlessly big anyway.
Tripp just tripped.
Eh, walker behavior has always been somewhat inconsistent in the games, show and comics. As a general rule, the "older" a walker is, the dumber (and less mobile) it tends to be.
