    She dies by being pushed off the bridge by the walker Ex Machina when she was shimmying in front of the car (Scene where Tripp says "Fuck you Fuckstick")

    No, Ava dies where when crossing the tight ledge blocked by a car, the walker comes out of the car and makes her fall.

    David is either bitten at the neck and eventually dies after giving an emotional speech or is already dead as you open the car Gabe and him were in. It is determinant though, he can live through the game but won't go back to Richmond with Javi and the fam.

    You can get him to go back, but you won't see him in the epilogue, since he won't talk to Javi or Gabe after Kate's death.
