Here are the choices for Season 3's third episode, with bonus choices:

1. Did you tell Gabe about his friend:
Tell Him: You tell Gabe that his friend, Drew, turned into a walker and was killed.

Demand justice: You tell Joan and Clint that their people murdered Mariana/Hector and destroyed Prescott. Joan will deny your justice and force your people out of Richmond.

Tell them nothing: Stay silent about their men's actions and Clint will order you and your people out of Richmond.

Hold on to it: You put the gun away in your pocket before continuiting to the warehouse outside of Richmond.

4. Did you try to save AJ (Clem: Pt 3):
One week into camp, Clem still recovers from the banding on her arm whilst Ava, (Jane, Kenny, Eddie, Edith, Sarita & Gil) tends to AJ, but notices how much he is burning up and takes him to the doctor. Paul claims there is nothing more he can do for AJ, implying that he will die in some time.
Clem takes AJ to Paul's tent to get the medicine needed to help AJ get better whilst your companion(s) keep watch for anyone. As she is about to give it to him, Paul wakes up and warns you not to give it to him, knowing the New Frontier will punish her for it.
Give AJ medicine: You injest AJ with the medicine and he will cry out, accidentally alerting the New Frontier.

Put medicine back: You try to return the medicine to the box and leave, but a member of the New Frontier catches you and alerts the rest of the group. He tries to grab you and the vial breaks.

Regardless of this choice, AJ will be kept in the camp until his supposed death, whilst Clem is forced to leave the New Frontier. Should Clem have any other companions, (Jane, Kenny, Sarita, Edith &/or Gil) will stay with the New Frontier to care for AJ in his last moments, whilst (Randy &/or Eddie) stay for their own safety and follow the New Frontier's orders.
Clem will reunite with them after Richmond is restored in Episode 5.
Only Jane/Kenny will go with Clem (& David) to go and find AJ (S3 Ep 5)
5. How did Badger die:
Destory his skull: Proceed to beating him with your baseball bat, but continue to beat him after he is dead, his head to split open and his brains will skatter.
Outcomes:

Kill him quick: Proceed to beat him with your baseball bat and leave his body be after he has died.

Let him turn: You lower your bat and leave Badger to die and reanimate whilst you leave.

Let someone else do it: If Conrad is alive, you leave him to kill Badger. If Francine is alive, Conrad will only shoot his straight in the head. If Francine is dead, Conrad will ask for the bat and bash his head in until his brains spill out.

6. Did you accept Max's offer:
Take him back: You decide to take him back to Richmond to help espose Joan for her crimes. David knocks him out before taking him to the truck.

Stuck to David's plane: You agree with Gabe that you will go and wait at David's house where they will be safe. You will meet with Ava and she will ask you to help her get David.

Tried to leave with Kate: You agree with Kate to leave immediately, but Gabe decides to stay. You get capture and taken to Joan whilst Kate escapes.
