Here are the choices for Season 3's fourth episode, with bonus choices:

1. Did you promise to help Kate if David left:
Promised to help: You tell him that you will be there to help Kate with the family for when he returns to the army.
Outcomes:

Tell him to stay: You tell him to stay and take accept responsibility of his family and he will storm off home.

2. How did you part ways with Ava (Clem: Pt 4):
Here are the flashbacks:
Sided with Jane
With AJ, Jane & group: Clem, AJ, Jane & Mike,(Troy, Nick or Ben) will take the rest of the walkers out of Howe's to dump, Jane helps with AJ and starts to get use to caring for AJ. They make their way back, but are attacked by walkers and survive. When back at Howe's, Jane asks Clem if she would like to have AJ's name inked on her hand to remember him by if anything were to happen and agrees. If Ben, Nick, Sarah &/or Troy lives, they will have the names of their family members inked on their hands. 13 months later to when Clem had just left the New Frontier.
With AJ, Jane, family & group: Clem, AJ, Jane & Randy will take the rest of the walkers out of Howe's to dump, Jane helps with AJ and starts to get use to caring for AJ. They make their way back, but are attacked by walkers and survive. When back at Howe's, you play soccer with Gil (and Sarah) before Jane asks Clem if she would like to have AJ's name inked on her hand to remember him by if anything were to happen and agrees. Randy asks to have his wife and son's names on each of his hands. If Ben, Nick, Sarah &/or Troy lives, they will have the names of their family members inked on their hands. 13 months later to when Clem had just left the New Frontier.
With AJ, Kenny, (& Sarita): Clem, AJ, Kenny, (Sarita and their infant son) camp out in the woods, still waiting until Wellington will accept them in. Whilst give AJ (and Kenny's son) a hand puppet show, the fire goes out and Clem helps Kenny restart it before a walker attempts to eat the boys. Clem kills it and Kenny (and Sarita) come to the conclusion that Wellington may not let them in for much longer and decide to travel down to Florida to look for a better life and find good people. 1 month later to when Clem had just left the New Frontier.
With AJ (& Sarita) at Wellington: 1 month later to when Clem had just left the New Frontier.

Alone with AJ: Clem had just left the New Frontier and takes shelter in the trailer she and Ava met in.

As friends: You shake hands or hung eathother before saying your goodbyes and parting from each other.
Outcomes:

As enemies: You reject her handshake and tell her to leave for good and she storms off back to the New Frontier.
Outcomes:
⦁ Ava won't be happy in seeing Clem in Richmond (S3 Ep 4)
⦁ Ava and Clem will have a small fight at the hospital (S3 Ep 4)
3. How did you respond to Dr. Lingard's request:
Assisted in his suicide: You agree to help him end his life, injest the drug into his arm and then stab him in the head to prevent him from turning afterwards before leaving.
Outcomes:
⦁ Lingard will remain dead afterwards
⦁ Lingard's body will be shown on the stand (S3 Ep 4)
⦁ Clemenitne will appreicate this
⦁ Lingard reveals where AJ is before dying
Refused to kill him: You give him the drug back and Clem attempts to take the deal herself, but Lingard will cancel the deal and you immediatley leave as he starts to rest.
Outcomes:
⦁ Lingard will be alive (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ He will help the injured people with Elenour (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Clementine won't appreicate this
⦁ AJ's location will remain unknown
⦁ He will reveal AJ' location after Richmond is saved (S3 Ep 5)
Let Clementine decide his fate: You remain silent and Clem will take the drugs from you to give to Lingard. She will also prevent him from turning if you do nothing.
Outcomes:
⦁ Lingard will remain dead afterwards
⦁ Lingard's body will be shown on the stand (S3 Ep 4)
⦁ Clemenitne will appreicate this
⦁ Lingard reveals where AJ is before dying
4. What did the group argue about at Elenour's apartment:
Conrad's death: After Gabe reveals that you shot and killed Conrad, Tripp snaps and trys to attack you, blaming you for having Joan hunt them down. He and Elenour will demand you leave the apartment before going for the truck.
Outcomes:
⦁ Tripp will no longer trust you
⦁ Elenour will immediately turn to Joan
Conrad leaving: If you took Conrad's deal, then gave him his gun, he will be at the apartment. Whilst talking through the plan, Conrad tells the group that he will not be joining them in them attempt to either escape or rid Joan of power.
If Francine is alive, they will both decide to sneak out of Richmond and gather supplies from the warehouse for the group.
If Francine is dead, Conrad will decide to find somewhere to ride out the horde in case they break into Richmond.
Outcomes:
⦁ Conrad will later come back to help
⦁ If Francine is alive, they will bring guns and horses
⦁ If Francine is dead, he will come on foot
⦁ Elenour will be forced by Joan to help her
Elenour staying: If you took Conrad's deal, but keep his gun, he will die and not be at the apartment. Whilst talking through the plan, Elenour has her doubt in leaving afterward and suggests staying after dealing with Joan, thinking it would be better than outside the walls. Tripp tries to talk her out of it, until she brings up Conrad, saying he would have lived if he could have stayed, resulting in Tripp yelling at her and making her leaving the apartment.
Outcomes:
⦁ Tripp & Elenour's relationship will officially end
⦁ Elenour will immediately turn to Joan
5. Did you tell Kate you have feelings for her:
Shared her feelings: You tell her you feel the same way as her, much to her surprise. You two share a kiss and hope to have a more successful relationship than she had with David.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kate will appreciate the start of your new relationship
⦁ David will forever hate you for this (S3 Ep 5)
Didn't feel the same: You tell that you don't feel the same way as she does, which confuses her, making her believe that everything you said and done with her was nothing but a part of her imagination.
Outcomes:
⦁ Kate will no longer have any feelings for you
⦁ David will appreciate this (S3 Ep 5)
6. Who did you try to save at the execution:
Ava: You chose to spare Ava, stating how she's always been loyal, resulting in Tripp and Elenour turning against you, until Joan tells you about betrayal and orders her men to execute her, shooting her in the head.
Outcomes:
⦁ Ava will die immediately
⦁ David will appreciate you trying to save her
⦁ Tripp will be with you (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Tripp and Elenour won't appreciate this
⦁ Tripp will die on the overpass (S3 Ep 5)
Tripp: You chose to spare Tripp, stating how he's invaluable he is, resulting in Ava and David turning against you, until Joan tells you about betrayal and orders her men to execute him, shooting him in the neck.
Outcomes:
⦁ Tripp will die immediately
⦁ Elenour will appreciate you trying to save him
⦁ Ava will be with David (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Ava and David won't appreciate this
⦁ Ava will die on the overpass (S3 Ep 5)
Both: If Mariana is alive and she is brought to the square, she will be in the crowd with you, Clem & Gabe. Once you pick Ava or Tripp and they are about to be killed, Mari will immediately freak out, grab Clem's spare pistol and shoot the executioner point-blank in the throat before you (or Gabe if fail) quickly restrain her. Joan has her dragged onto the stand and grabs the executioner's gun, readying it at Mari's head, causing most of the crowd to turn against her.
If Max is spared and confesses to the council, Clint will quickly disarm Joan and make her stop, realising how mental she has become. He then suggests in letting the group go and never come back to Richmond.
If Max is dead and the council doesn't believe you, Clint will stand aside as Joan pulls the trigger, killing Mari. He then realises how mad the situation is and suggests exiling the rest of the group from Richmond.
Outcomes:
⦁ Most of Richmond will turn against Joan
⦁ Tripp will be with you (and Mari)
⦁ Ava will be with David (and Clint)
⦁ Mariana's fate
⦁ If Max lives, she will be spared
⦁ If Max dies, she will be killed
⦁ Tripp will save Ava on the overpass (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Ava will make it past the helicopter with the others (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Ava will help Kate save Richmond (S3 Ep 5)

7. Did you shoot Joan or take Clint's deal:
Shoot Joan: You pull out your pistol and shoot directly into Joan's eye, killing her. A guard hangs David and he begins choking whilst the crowd flees.
Once you reach the stand, Gabe tries holding David up whilst you cut him down and then get him into cover.
Outcomes:

⦁ Clem & Gabe won't appreciate this
⦁ Joan remains dead
⦁ Clint leads what's left of the New Frontier out of Richmond (S3 Ep 5)
Take The Deal: You agree to Clint's deal and he lets David go, but he takes a guard's gun and take Clint hostage. He breaks free and they wrestle over the gun as the crowd flees.
Once you reach the stand, Gabe intervenes, allowing David to shoot and kill Clint before you all rush into cover.
Outcomes:
⦁ David won't appreciate this
⦁ Clem & Gabe will appreciate this
⦁ Clint remains dead
⦁ Joan leads what's left of the New Frontier out of Richmond (S3 Ep 5)
Clint stops Joan: This choice is automatically activated if Mariana & Max are alive and Mari is brought to the square where she saves both Ava & Tripp and is spared by Clint. After Clint suggests the deal, he demands Ava and Tripp to be released, and just as Mari is about to leave, Joan grabs a guard's gun and hold Mari hostage. She talks crazy and orders her men to kill Clint, you and your group, but is stopped when Max strikes at her from behind, freeing Mari. Joan turns and shoots Max dead, causing his body to fall and hang David whilst Clint rushes to Joan and wrestles over the gun as the crowd flees.
Once you reach the stand, Gabe intervenes, allowing Clint to knock Joan off the stand out-cold before he, Gabe & Mari try assisting David whilst you cut him down before you all rush into cover.
Outcomes:
⦁ Max remains dead
⦁ Mariana becomes more helpful (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Joan and Clint survive
⦁ Joan escapes and leads what's left of the New Frontier out of Richmond
⦁ Clint will join you and help in saving Richmond
⦁ Tripp & Clint will fight through the herd and get back to the apartments (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Clint will help you rebuild Richmond and a new council (S3 Ep 5)
⦁ Tripp gets back with Elenour, depending on Conrad's fate (S3 Ep 5)
Francine stops Joan: This choice is automatically activated if Mariana, Max & Francine all live and Mari is brought to the square where she saves Ava and Tripp and is spared by Clint. After Clint suggests the deal, he demands Ava and Tripp to be released, and just as Mari is about to leave, Joan grabs a guard's gun and hold Mari hostage. She talks crazy and orders her men to kill Clint, you and your group, but is stopped when Francine, who came back on a horse, snipers her in the arm, freeing Mari. Joan turns and hangs David before her men get her to safety as the crowd flees. Clint frees Max so they could help David.
Once you reach the stand, Gabe cuts the rope, saving David before you all rush to cover.
Outcomes:

⦁ Joan, Clint and Max survive
⦁ Joan escapes and leads what's left of the New Frontier out of Richmond
⦁ Clint and Max join you and help in saving Richmond
