Cloud saving issue on PS4
Hey guys !
I wanted to know if you guys had it too, if it is normal or not.
I just brought the game again on PS4 (because I had it on pc) but the weird thing is that when I'm logged into my Telltale account I can't turn on or off the cloud saving.
Normally when I go into my saves, under the 4th slot you have an option to turn on or off the cloud saving, I have it on my pc, have it on my iPhone, but doesn't have it on PS4.
I have the latest version and the slot one doesn't have any cloud icon. (when I click on "you are signed in" it just shows a pop up that says I'm logged in).
I don't know if you guys have it too ? if it's normal ?

Isn't save 1 your cloud save?
Yes.
normally yes, but the thing is that the cloud is not activated and I can't activate it because the option to turn it on isn't there
here's a screenshot of my iPhone:
as you can see there I have an option to "Enable" cloud saving and on my iPhone it's enabled but on my PS4 I don't have this option, it just says "You are Signed In"
It's the same for me on my pc, on your screenshot you selected save 3
For me only save 1 is on the cloud, makes sense since it's the only one with the logo,
so if you want to save it you probably have to copy to save 1.
Not sure that's how it's suposed to be but that's how it works on mine.
I am not Telltale Staff - just a community volunteer moderator speaking as a fellow fan - but from how I understand it, Cloud Saving only works on Save Slot 1. The three other save slots do not support cloud saving unless I am mistaken.
