How Lee can still be alive
I know you are thinking not this again but listen!.As we know Kenny came back for season 2,even tho he looked trapped and would have been dead.Same as Lee he was never seen dead,perhaps clem didint shoot right.Also Lee wasnt completly bitten.Maybe some medicine could have fix him.So idk removing Lee seemed lame as its like he is a part of clem !. 
I think when this franchise drops in sales telltale will revive him trust me....

Lee was confirmed dead by Jake Rodkin in a previous forum post shortly after Season 1 ended. Since Lee is confirmed dead, I don't feel this will produce a lot of constructive discussion.
