Changing the location for Save Files??

HEY GUYS! I desperately need your help!

We all know the basic folder for the save files right? C:\Users******\Documents\Telltale Games\WalkingDead3

The thing is that my computer's setup is the C:/ is a smaller portion of the package containing mostly computer files nececcery for running a thing, and on D:/ everything else, like movies, projects and Games (including TWD). My computer got really slow since I began playing Season 3, and soon I found out that the reason for this was that my C:/ drive became crowded with 12GB of Walking Dead data. I want to transfer it to the D:/ drive so that the gme still recognises it as my save file location. Can you guys help??

Or does cloud saves make this folder obsolete??
