Would this be a cool way to connect to the Michonne miniseries?
Regardless of what happens, during episode 5 of Season 3 'From the Gallows', Jesus and others (I believe) from The Kingdom show up to give aid to fighting the walkers. Now, though this is a bit of a long stretch. Wouldn't it have been cool to see Jesus and (depending on if she survives in your game), Sam, from the Michonne miniseries also helping out.
Just enough to even make a bit of a quick cameo or if Telltale really want to go further, it could have an impact where if Sam is alive and you don't go help Kate in Richmond, instead of Kate dying, she is barely alive after being rescued by Sam. If Sam is not alive then Kate dies if you go with Clementine to help rescue David and Gabe.

Can SAm survive? I thought she dies. Or I gotta play it again. Your idea sounds cool though.
Sam isn't in the comics, if she comes in as a kingdom person then I'd want to know of her existence in the comics first.
