Generator issue I have..

I wanted to replay episode 5 on a different save but I didn't want to replay the whole game. I made choices through the generator and chose to stick with Kenny. However when I started episode 5, Clem has lost her finger from the alone ending. Surely if you picked which ending you go it shouldn't have affected the choices made in ANF?

    Generator issue is pretty broken, once midway through episode 2 my Clem became the dreaded fingerless Clem. I basically replayed 1 to 2 because I thought back then that the game probably thinks that I picked the alone ending and that it will show it on the season credits-choices part.
