Warm Puffy Rainbows?

Skip to bottom if you hate walls of text.

I am relatively new to the community, and I came across this term numerous times (in reference to the "cool jacket" given to Clementine in season 2.) [1]
Curiosity sufficiently piqued, I plunged into the depths of the Internet (by spending a few minutes on Google).
Despite a great deal of optimism I had, the search came up empty-handed in regards to useable knowledge. Now I turn to the only place I believe I can find an answer -- here, in the forums of the Telltale Community.

What specifically does this term mean? From where did it originate? When was it first used?

Thank you for any answers provided.

Bonus points for any useless tidbits about the Walking Dead.

[1] I assumed the definition through context clues, but you know what they say about those who assume...

"Warm puffy rainbows" was something that Job Stauffer teased while people where waiting for season 2 episode 3.

After that people started speculating about what it meant and "warm puffy rainbows" became a thing.

I can't think of any super amazing trivia right now but there is lots of cool stuff in the "Details that people might forget, don't notice or just don't know about The Walking Dead" thread.
