What do you expect the finished product of The Final Season to be like? (predictions)

We all know what our idealized versions of The Final Season would look like. Here we've discussed what we want to see, what we don't want to see, and ways Clementine's final story can be improved upon over predecessors in the franchise.

Here I want to discuss what you believe the finished product The FInal Season will actually look like. I don't mean what you want TFS to look like, but rather what your predictions are as to the quality of the season from a realistic perspective.

  • EP 1-3 will be decent and will be long enough to justify the story, EP 4-5 will be a rushed mess with only the season-ending making it worth it plus its also very emotional which is to be expected. Mostly expect it since with TFS having a launch within the first half of 2018 which means it has a pretty short dev time.

  • I am sure that the Final Season will be a success. The good thing in my opinion is that the game is coming out in the first half of 2018 and Telltale are deep in development. They aren't exactly under a lot of pressure as we don't know the exact date that the Final Season will premiere so I am sure that this will be of strong benefit to Telltale. So I think that the Final Season will be a great success :) hope you have a wonderful day

  • I think it'll play out the way the previous seasons did: having potential and promise, but not having the care put into it that Season One/other games get, regardless of whether or not what we should've seen by now makes it into the final season.

  • I want to keep my hopes down, especially after ANF, but realistically I probably won't, and it'll probably be another letdown. I expect episode 5 will be one of the strongest in the series, if only because it'll be Clementines goodbye and I imagine they will have a lot of thought put into it.

  • Wouldn't it be cool if clem ran into one of the kidnappers (from season 1 ep 5) kids. E.G the son who disappeared or the daughter Tess. that would be a great story arc.
