The Walking Dead: Ben's Story
Ben's Backstory Mini-Series
To be honest, in the first season there was only one moment that made me cry, the moment where Ben falls of the balcony it is. Ben was one of my favorite characters even if he was one of the most stupid, I'd always wanted to know more about him but no matter how hard I tried I could never find any discussions about him or anything about his backstory. I mean we know he was a college kid and all, but the first moment we met Ben was a quite interesting one, in the forest with one of his friends and his teacher, I mean obviously it'd be interesting knowing what led them out there in the forest and how they managed to survive the apocalypse until the point where we meet 'em.
So I really want a DLC or maybe a mini series like The Walking Dead: Michonne but for Ben so bad, I feel really sad right now and I'm dying for one, please tell me what you think. Also Ben would be the protagonist or maybe his friend Travis since we don't really interact with him much adn we don't know his personality.

Was he in college? I could've sworn he was a highschooler.
Anyway, Ben was indeed one of the standout characters and a DlC would be neat. Perhaps even directly work in some of the dummied out details about his backstory.

I dont think Ben is that kind of important. He could have a character development maybe but since game doesnt give him a shot, no need to dig up old characters especially for Ben who has bad reputation amongst the fans. Because he has the most guilt about Motor-Inn raid.
I'd like that too but it wouldn't realistically happen. He's not popular enough to warrant his own story, as much as I love the character.
I made a similar thread about Season 1 characters getting their own DLC's that would have been a dream to have seen. Wish i could find it to share here but basically i called for a fantasy idea of DLC's showing the lives of the S1 characters before the apocalypse began and maybe leading into the first few days. It would have been great seeing a backstory of Lilly and Larry working at Warner Robbins air force base, Lee teaching at the university, Clem's home life, Kenny's job as a fisherman, Katjaa's veterinary work etc.
Sadly we know it wouldn't happen now and even if it did, Telltale would probably make the DLC 15 minutes long or something, not to mention that 99% of it would probably be cutscenes and no gameplay. I wouldn't have any faith in them anymore anyway.
Actually, a DLC focusing on less exposed characters like Alvin, Carlos, Sarita, and Kate would be more of a delight.
What do you mean...we know everything thanks to the detailed conversations and flashbacks.....oh wait...we never got that level of detail on those characters...huh.
