I think Freeze accepts you if you show practical thinking. I chose "You help me, I help you" and he voted me in after remarking that he likes Bruce's practical and honest proposition.

Bane and Freeze's votes are determinant. If Freeze believes you don't care about his wife he'll call you shallow and vote out, if he believe… mores you genuinely care then he'll vote in. Bane's votes in if you're brutal with the thug. I haven't seen what happens if you don't get the majority votes.
