Serious: what'll become of Clem('s story) if something happens to Telltale?
I'm not sure if you've heard of what's going on with Batman, but there's a probable chance of Telltale being incapacitated, even if they're still around. And there are folks who want to see Clem continue her journey, but without her being integrated directly into the comics. So, what's gonna happen to her?

Telltale inserted an image of the dead body of an assassinated Russian diplomat into Batman: The Enemy Within, most likely believing the image to be a stock photo. Yes I am serious.

Maybe they'll sell the rights to another game company willing to continue her story? I doubt that anyone would want to though. I'm sure TT will be fine. A minor but disrespectful fuck-up.
Hopefully nothing like that happens, but I have a feeling if some other company gets a hold of her without knowing her story and how important she is to us, they'll make her some sort of mascot. Kinda like Jane.

Well if the company gets fucked it’ll probably become one of those memes for games that were supposed to come out but never did.
It's a public image, it's not going to do anything. It's fucked up, but it will not destroy them. Worst case scenario - some happy news outlet like Wallstreet Journal will jump on the story, telltale will be forced to apologize and patch it out.
Now, if something does happen, and Tellatle will be gone, I guess it's over for Clem, since they have only just started working on the final game. It will just be the same as most of the shows that lose their funding half-way through - no true ending to the story.
Same way a company like Naughty Dog accidently stole some Assassin's Creed Art for their announcement trailer of Drake 4....you grab assets as place holders...time crunch gets in the way and pow...it is missed.
