New Frontier
I really enjoyed the first couple of seasons of The Walking Dead but I have to say I find the third instalment to be a massive disappointment.
I've played through five times now, each time trying a different route, however it seems that no matter the choices made it basically leads in the same direction. I like some of the new characters although a few like Gabe, Jesus and the female doctor just annoy me to no end. I love Jesus in the TV show but in the game he is so judgemental.. The female doctor just betrays you no matter what you do and Gabe, well if I could have left him on the side of the road I would of.
Fist time I played through, I supported Clem in every way, even though it meant murdering a grieving man (Conrad)
I then did a playthrough where I didn't back her up in any way and she's still okay with me, as if I didn't throw her to the wolves and betray her.
There are just two many forced choices which lead you in a single direction giving you the illusion that your choices matter but really is just taking away what the game is supposed to be about, your choices and what effect those choices have.
Then not to mention the graphical glitches, laggy gameplay, really a poor effort on what could have been a great game
