Telltale Collection Pre-Order Region

I was kind of thinking of pre-ordering this since it is visually enhanced for the consoles. (TBH, I just buy games for ps4 online, even though I don't have the console so yeah) But when I click on the PS4 logo (which will take me to the website and see the price), and when I got in to the website, Its not available at my location.

I live in Malaysia, though. So, any explanation?

EDIT: I have almost every season in my PC so, don't get mad at me plesh :P
