Hello,

• I want to buy season 3 (The Walking Dead - A New Frontier) and The Walking Dead : Michonne.
  They exist on CD ?

• I have played season 1 and 2 (+ dlc 400 days) on PS3, so I need to buy others games on the same PS3 to save choices or I can buy them on PS4 ?

They are on disk and a new frontier is only on the current generation of consoles, not sure about michonne. And your choices will save to the next console, as long as your telltale account is linked to your PSN account

From what I've heard, they're both available on CD. You just have to look around for it.

Edit 2: You can get Michonne separately on PSN. No physical copies exist for it.

If you have the game saves for PS3 you should able to upload it to your telltale account from season 2 disc and transfer it to your PS4.
