TWD Season 1 - Episode 4 glitch workaround
Hello there! I have posted this in another post but I think it needs a seperate dedicated one in any case for those of you still suffering with this problem.
Let me tell you what NOT to do first!
Do not re-install
Do not start the whole game again (your game file isnt corrupted)
Do not start the chapter again.
None of these will work and it will waste your time and just generally make you angry or sad.
Situation/glitch: In Episode 4, Lee and Molly have retrieved the car battery from Crawfords auto-shop. They jump across the roof to get back inside the school!
Suddenly, you are on your own in the corridor with no way to progress no matter how much you walk around or pull a confused face and say 'isnt there supposed to be a cutscene here?'
Fix: Pause your game, go back to the main menu, reload your game.
This will take you back to the rooftop milliseconds ago, jump and catch Molly's hand as normal. This simple procedure should fix your problem and take you to the cutscene and if it does not, it may take 2 or 3 attempts (taking less than 2 minutes of your time instead of re-installing or starting all over again!)
