If she shot Kenny, it would've been betraying him too. Even though he said it was the right thing to do, it doesn't mean that it actually was, it was just him accepting his fate.
Realistically, it's her own fault for trusting me to side with her. I guess she hadn't bothered to notice that I sided with Kenny on almost every previous decision.
No.
Not only did Jane have it coming for...well, half of the shit on her resume, but it's further self-imposed because she told Clementine to stay out of it in the first place.
All Jane had to do was say AJ was alive after Kenny came back. Kenny might of been irrational but nothing was holding Jane from speaking up. She couldn't even tell Clem the truth of AJ immediately causing her too to believe that AJ tragically got killed. Even while pinned to the ground by Kenny underneath the very knife she first withdrew on Kenny she had plenty time to speak up about the baby to preserve her own life. She gets killed over a stupid point she had to make to Clem that Clem surely already knew by then. She rather get stabbed or almost stabbed by him than say "OOh hey wait a moment! AJ is alive and well in the car I was just playing a stupid game so do not kill me with my own knife!" And if Kenny would still not listen and continue trying to kill Jane then I think Clem would be well within rights to take out Kenny in spite of how unlikable Jane was to begin and end with anyhow.
Jane had it coming. She orchestrated a deadly situation by playing with a baby's life and then told Clem to stay out of it. Good riddance. The real betrayal would be if Clem shot the one guy who had been trying to keep her and the baby safe more than anyone else.
I strongly doubt Luke would have done that either. I doubt Ben could have even messed up that bad. Plus AJ could have actually died if Jane dies and Clementine/Kenny didn't hear him in the car.
The betrayal ultimately was Jane's in leaving AJ alone in a car while others believed him to be dead. In a blistering winter storm, with little to keep him warm, she went to go mess with Kenny's head. Kenny's unstable, but he actually was relieved when Clementine spotted Jane. He thanked God. He first asked her if she were alright, then twice asked her --- where is the kid? At the first signs of aggression, she didn't say that he was fine. She pulled a machete on Kenny. This could only escalate matters to a lethal resolve.
I'm not even someone that hates Jane. There were aspects of her that I enjoyed very much. However, in the time it took for the fight to take place, it would've been very easy for something terrible to happen to AJ.
Both Jane's death and Kenny's death was a betrayal. Clementine had to make the awful decision of which one she was going to betray so the other could live. The whole situation ended with Clementine having to betray one of those two. Both Kenny and Jane genuinly cared about Clementine and were trying to protect her in both of their own messed up ways. The player decides whether that person is Jane or Kenny. It can even be both if Clem lets Kenny kill Jane then shoots him right after.

I wanted to just leave, they both betrayed Clem. Kenny blaming her then breaking apart her group of friends for his own ideologies and Jane left her once already and both starting a deadly fight and practically ignoring her existence. If anything, its Clementine who was betrayed by the both of them.

Your right, Jane was stupid to have thought that her plan was going to work where Clementine would have just left Kenny. She could have told Clementine and Kenny the truth, everything could have been in a way resolved and everyone there could have survived. Also, who leaves a baby in a car covered in snow by himself.

Not at all. As Clem, I tried to stop the fight for I already knew Jane's plan (I understood she was pranking Clem and Kenny on my first time playing) so I did not want anyone to die for nothing but Jane was clearly out of it and made her choice so she got what she deserved. What I love about that scene is how nervous and unstable Kenny was and how calm Jane was and yet as she tried to prove he was dangerous and deranged I could only see the truth: how dangerous, deranged and far gone Jane was.
Yeah, it's kinda interesting in hindsight how Jane clearly lost it(and/or was already antisocial) a long time ago and simply had time to become a high-functioning brand.

Jane got was coming to her and she told Clem to stay out of the impending fight with Kenny that she intentionally invoked. Besides Clem only knew Jane for what? A couple weeks at most? Did she really form enough of a hardened friendship to make refusing to shoot Kenny appear to be a considerable betrayal? Especially when compared to shooting Kenny, a man that she had been in a group with for months before their reunion, not to mention that Kenny's son was the only friend her age that she had during that time.
If they were close, then yeah definitely. Everyone thought that Jane was the one manipulating Clementine when it was the other way round if that happenes. Clementine in season 2 had great social skills and knew how to play people.

Jane does tell Clem to stay out of it...
The whole thing was way too artificially created for finale drama sake and out of character for Jane not to mention a idiotic plan.
No.

I'm pretty sure 80% of Jane's stuff in No Going Back was meant for Luke anyway.

Wish it could be the other way around in both cases.

I could not have said it better.

Jane's idea of pretending a baby has just died and fighting to death with a man she's known for a week was ridiculous.
Everyone's already dead, girl. Drama queen.

It would've been roughly a week at most.
Clem didn't betray ANYBODY. JANE betrayed CLEMENTINE.
You forgot to put "Oh wait...." for enhanced comedic effect.
