In a different time-zone, kind of forgot about the episode. Hope it was good.
As always comment before, while, and after you watch. Well, just after, but I guess while too.

I liked SOME of it. There's just one particular scene I don't like. The Savior killing. For several reasons actually. Mostly because:
A ) I don't like it when the heroes go THIS dark, i just don't. If Rick was an anti-hero this would be fine, but he's not. He is still portrayed as the good guy. I just don't see Rick as a 'good' character anymore
B ) Storywise it makes the finale weaker for me. Its clear from the source material which direction they're heading and this just undoes all the development for it. Am i supposed to believe that Rick will make those choices based on what he did here? Realistically?
C ) The moment was clearly made to develop remorse for the saviors and disagreement with Rick choices in order for future moments to be more acceptable to fans. This has failed spectacularly for many as several fans are completely in favor of Ricks actions. So what the writers intended to be a moment of reflection to build a certain emotion in the audience may and probably did make future backlash far worse.
D ) To further expand on C if the comics story is repeated this is the last time Rick will make certain decisions he made in this ep. Which will make these fans continue to hate on the show (Something we DEFINITELY have not had enough of right?).
Besides that the episode was preatty great.
I got aroused when Jared died
Again another really bad episode in my opinion.
This whole subplot on finding the Henry kid, congrats show, no one cares about this kid. Whatever the hell the Negan and Janus thing is. Like what exactly is even going on? She just has him tied up on the roller and is waiting for the helicopter to come, and then pushes out some Walker merged with a roller? And Negan just like scoots over to guns and flares? The whole scene is just such a mess with us not knowing what is happening at all. Nothing wrong with keeping a mystery but nothing is even making any sense. Like Negan doesnt even ask about the helicopter? He's just "lmao what was that dude" then leaves. And Janus doesnt even do anything to Negan because hes needed for the plot, so he just gets away no harm done. Not saying the show needs to give answers right away, but its just more of the constant "unanswered cliff hanger" type of things the show keeps trying to do to make people keep watching, like how Negan just picks someone up on the road to, but we dont get to see who because "please keep watching our show pls."
Rick killing the saviors who helped him was pretty fucking dumb. Just annoying, the shows writing is so bad I barely care about anyone anymore and now I really dont care about Rick, it just comes off as just pure cold blooded murder seeing that happen. Just made me really not like Rick at all. Obviously its just there so when Rick reads Carl's letter he feels bad for being such a cunt but its just such bad writing. Not to mention how dumb the final battle with Rick and Negan is going to be with "Im Rick I murdered those people who saved me, but I wont kill Negan after all this fucking time saying Im going to kill Negan!" it will just have such a dumb feel to it after all the events that happened before it.
