The Walking Dead season 3 on Galaxy s9+ International model

About 3 weeks ago I bought season 3 of TWD from the Play Store and also purchased the season pass. I was extremely happy, because the game was listed as incompatible with my previous phone, the Galaxy s8 with Exynos/Mali, and now it was compatible with my new Galaxy's s9+! The same goes for pretty much all the other Telltale games running on their new engine.
However, I've just seen a few days ago, that they've all (except for Batman: The Enemy Within, for some reason) been listed as incompatible with my device.
Can anyone from Telltale give some kind of explanation for this (since they're not replying to my emails)? The game works perfectly on the Exynos edition, and I expect it's the same with all the others, so I really don't understand why they first have them listed as compatible and then remove them again!
What really puzzles me is that it seems like Telltale don't want any money from the quite large amount of people with Exynos/Mali versions of the s8 and s9. Are we really forced to have to resort to pirating to play their games? I sincerely hope not. I am very willing to pay for their games, they just won't let me.
If anyone can give any explanation to this, that would be excellent.

It's been a month and still nothing... Does no one from Telltale watch these forums? Or even bother to answer their e-mails?
Seems like customer service isn't something that's high up on the importance list at Telltale Games...
