Finally, something I’m excited for. As I’ve said before, I loved Fear Season 3, and last week’s premiere was actually pretty good.
I hope that that trend continues. As always comment before, while, and after you watch.

I hope they don't just gloss over the time jump. Fear just effectively jumped about 3 and half years on the timeline in order to catch up to the main series. I want them to go into detail about what's happened since the dam and now, why they're now ambushing and robbing people on the road. I'm also disappointed that that was so predictable last week. Saw the girl in the road, thought it might be Alicia but was damned sure it was an ambush and I was right.
Was it 3 years ago tho? I think it was mentioned somewhere that S8 took place after 18 months in the apocalypse.BUT there will be a time jump after aow then fear will still be behind the main show....to conclude my prediction is that fear will be 18+ months in the apocalypse and s9 will take about 4-5 years in the apocalypse because of the predicted time jump.
Judith's apparent age is the best way to measure passage of time in the main series because right now she's still a prop and not an actual character so they use a kid at whatever age they need her to be. They don't have to keep using the same kid and pretending they've been their new age all along like they did with Carl. Judith was conceived at the very beginning (Shane's baby), born 9 months in, at the prison, and now she looks and talks like she's nearly 3, so conservatively estimating that the main series is currently at 3.5 years since the initial outbreak. I'm not sure how much time had passed between the outbreak and the dam going down in Fear. A couple of months? 3 at most? Now they jump to current with the main series, which on top of Judith's apparent age the last time we saw her, have to add however long it took Morgan to run/walk/drive to Texas from the DC area. That probably took him at least a month, maybe 2, depending on how many times he had to stop or had to take a detour because of walkers. So it's now somewhere between 3.5 and 4 years since the outbreak.
So i've been thinking about it for a while but can we talk about what they did with Madison in that episode ? Like what the hell
Risking her life saving that woman who pointed a gun at her earlier ?
I'm sorry but i'm pretty sure this is not the Madison i knew from season 3.
Other than that i liked the episode i like what they're doing with Nick,i've heard the actor who played Daniel is busy so i guess we won't see him a lot in this season.
Good episode,i've seen a lot of hate already (people complaining this looks too much like TWD now and also people hating on Scott Gimple) but i like what they're doing i hope the other episodes will be good too.
