Tenn's drawing... A dark foreshadowing?

This part in the episode caught my attention. Tenn drew a picture of his dream afterlife and then AJ wanted to be there. We also had the option for Clem to be there or not. And Clem could even tell Tenn to leave AJ out of it. I wonder if the drawing is somehow connected to the fates of AJ and Clem? I think it might be. What do you think?

    Well since

    His sisters wasn't killed by those walkers,

    it's most likely that the drawing doesn't have that spiritual power anymore
