This is just a theory based on the achievements, knowing now that the achievements are unlocked based on different choices you picked and that not everyone will get the same achievement because they didn't chose that path I'm sure it's safe to say the same applies to ep 4.

    Also perhaps this episode is much shorter as they are the only achievements other than collectibles etc
