We don't encourage discussion of banned forum members as per the Forum Guidelines, but I will briefly say real quick - it helps us mods out if you guys send us a Private Message letting us know whenever you observe users sending Private Messages to try and bother you, or troll you, or send you weird stuff/spam/etc.
If you contact us (and give us a username/profile page link), we can look into whether or not it's an alternate account of a ban evading user.
...oh, and online trolls thrive off of your attention, so preferably don't make public topics discussing them.
(Also, real quick - ban evasion leads to your original ban duration being at least doubled for each time you make an account. So, it's typically best just to wait it out - especially if it's a short ban.)
