When checking on the kids before the battle, you can go over to Marlon's grave and talk to Rosie who is lying on top of it being a sad doggo. I let Marlon teach me how to command her so when I talked to her, Clem gave her the command whistle and Rosie perked up then ran off, seemingly better. Later, when Clem and Abel fall to the ground and Abel is trying to hold Clem back from getting to a weapon, Rosie comes in and latches onto his arm and saves Clem.
I'm curious if anything changes if
A, you let Marlon teach you how to command Rosie but didn't talk to her on his grave.
B, you didn't let Marlon teach you how to command Rosie but still talked to her on his grave.
C, you didn't let Marlon teach you how to command Rosie and also didn't talk to her on his grave.

I can only assume C leads to Rosie not showing up to bite Abel.
My play was A cuz I forgot to talk to her(I really didn't mean to, just after talking with people violet come out then I walk straight to her), and then it's still Rosie come out and bite Abel
But that being the case, I wonder how Clem gets free.
