Makes sense why James saved you from Lilly. And an achievement for Ep3 is called "Whisperers." So you'll probably get to meet more. Do you think Lilly could be fighting the Whisperes? But she could be fighting Frontier. Idk.

No way, those guys were borderline disbanded by the end of their war against Rick. And that was 2 years before the events of TFS.

The Commonwealth from the New World Order storyline in the comics, maybe. They have at least 50,000 people among their combined ranks, but only a fraction of them fight as legit soldiers with bite-proof armor and assault rifles with bayonettes.

Lilly isn’t the Delta’s leader, so I doubt it. Probably a territorial dispute over resources or the geography. Sophie and Minnie were taken a year before clem and aj showed up at the boarding school, If the Delta has been at war for at least a year, that must mean both of these warring communities have lots of people, thousands each probably.
It doesn't have to be an already established group. It's probably an entirely new community.
