The Final Season (STEAM PC): game doesn't work on my PC

Hi guys,
Finally I wanted to start my digital copy of TFS... but after the installation on Steam, pressing "PLAY THE GAME", Steam tries to install "VC REDIST", being stuck at that point "forever".
Now I'm trying to uninstall all, and download again it all... I will retry from the start.
Do you know is something creates conflict between TWD: TFS and Steam?
Are you experiencing same problems?
Do I have hope for a patch from Telltale (LOL, I'm joking XD)?

P.s.
I have an Intel i5 750 10Gb, with an old-but-good Geforce 670.

    WOW, it... WORKED!
    I made a complete Uninstall, did again the full download and this time it worked.
    Game works!
