If Rick and Clementine met each other, would Clem agree with how Rick handles Negan and protecting his group? Also who is the better and smarter leader? Clem or Rick

My Clem would not, she'd be saying that Negan is too much of a threat and should have been put down.
It really depends on the player. Clem's values can fluctuate a lot depending on what the player thinks. My Clem would agree with Rick.
She would disagree with a lot of ricks decisions because he's done shit ton of shady stuff...my clem is righteous.

Depends on how you choose to play Clem. I know my Clementine wouldn't spare and waste resources on a psychopath who gleefully smashed numerous people's heads into smithereens and committed countless other horrific actions.
