Yes. Yes he is. You can hate him all you want but he still was one off the biggest characters in season 2. He deserves atleast a mention in TFS.
What's funny is that, in conjunction with that being the comparison most people made after he was revealed, there's concept art of him with Clementime that looks dangerously close to Luke's design.
