Ep 4 timezone release times

Does any know if theyll be 10 hours late on release again like ep 3 cause they release tuesdays in australia , telltale released them like in the first few hours of the day 12pm to 3am but skybound released ep 3 like 3pm at the end of the day so does anyone know if the same thing is happening for ep 4?

    Well Ep. 3 didn't come out at least until 2pm for me. Not sure exactly when it came out cause I was at school. Even if it comes out earlier, I wouldn't play it before school. Gotta play the whole thing in one sitting
