Do You Guys Have an Audio Problem? Help Urgently Needed!

When I first played ep.4, there was music and sound effects. But when i switched to my 2nd file - only dialouge came through. No music, no explosions or gunfire. Switched to file for and it did the same thing for ep.2.
What's going on? How do I fix it? Do you guys have the same problem? (Playing on Xbox)
Edit: It's fixed

    You may have to save / backup your data and reinstall the game.

    I've thought of just deleting my data off my hardrive. But I'm worried that the problem won't fix and I'd have to play the whole game with no sound effects - it wouldn't be the same.
