Yeah, he does a great job as House, but to me he's at his best when he's using his own British accent.
This = Yes. Blackadder, Jeeves and Wooster... All great. If only he kept his accent for House. _ _;
Anyway, back to the topic. Kathrine Krebbs is pretty awesome, and it was tempting to vote for Miss Prettywhiskers (who is mislabeled as well). Overall, though, I'm going for Chief Beluga. Don't ask me why.
Edit: Good to see hot chicks aren't against anyone's morals. xD

From what I understand, the casting director (or someone) was getting tired of "awful" British actors auditioning for the role, then he saw Hugh Laurie's tape, and, not knowing he was British and not seeing through his accent, praised him as a "real American actor" or something.
Yes, it has been a very long time since I read this story, how could you tell?
Anyway, the only reason he got the part is because he did his American accent so well. But like I said earlier, I do agree that he's at the top of his game when using his own accent.
Okay, I'm done, we can talk about that game with the primates and bodies of land surrounded by water again.
He still is cool, Unlike a certain Rowan Atkinson, Hugh actually flew back to the UK for that BlackAdder anniversary thing where they interviewed most of the cast, Rowan turned it down at first.

... Now Hugh Laurie or Michael Winner I could understand....
Unless you've seen Blackadder, you don't get to complain about Hugh Laurie. If you've seen him in that and still don't like him, then we'll talk.

I've seen him in A Bit of Fry & Laurie, Jeeves & Wooster, I own all the Blackadders on DVD, and i've seen him here and there as well.
But the fact that everybody talks about Laurie as if the only thing he's ever done is an irritating **** in House, makes me really hate him...
What happened to you Laurie, you used to be cool!
Wow, you know him better than most Americans, then. Also, I'm so incredibly jealous of your DVD collection.
