Dear Telltale.....

Given your great success in resurrecting the Monkey Island series, I have 2 small questions.

1. Is there ANY chance LucasArts might allow you to try to do the same with the Indiana Jones franchise? Fate of Atlantis is right up there with the best of the LucasArts adventures and it would be just incredible to see a new Indy adventure game.

2. Would you want to do it, given the chance?

Thanks,

Jack

Lucas Arts has expressed an interest in a Fate of Atlantis sequel first hand.

Really? Hadn't heard that, that's good to hear! Don't know if they'd do it justice though.

What stage is it at, do you know?

They never started it, most likely, yet but it's been considered. That's all.

"Rodriguez also commented that LucasArts had definitely considered making sequels to some of the under-represented games, such as Fate of Atlantis and Grim Fandango."

It is brought up here and there and in some videos but this is the only source I had around.

There was a FOA sequel planned at one time called The Iron Pheonix, but it was made into a comic instead. Perhaps LA or TTG could bring that story back. Chances are if TT did an IJ game it wouldn't be handled the same way legally MI was. It would be developed by TT but it would be a wholly LA production.

Hmm leaving Dott to TTG, I'll bet this will be their next title/season.
