Makes me sad... this is really the end
I HOPE THEY NEVER RELEASE IT, THAT WAY THE HOPE LIVES ON!
I wouldn't be surprised if there is more Monkey Island considering the success of this season. I remain hopeful this won't be the last we see of Mr Threepwood.
Wasn't it to try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations
And wasn't also something about pissing off the censors?

I have to agree here. There seems to be a lot of interest and good money to make in Monkey Island. You know, I always knew it was important, but I guess i underestimated how popular it really was.
Personally, while I think telltale has done a wonderful job, perhaps it might be better to work out some second party type deal with Lucasarts. Telltale could then devote the man hours to creating a epic, multiple hour, full game. Perhaps this would break the episodic format and give us a better experience. While I don't particularly mind the episodes, I really miss the immersive nature of the the original series-even EMI!

I personally think it would be hilarious if they said no.
