Locket not working.

Ok, so I got the locket... Winslow put it on the mast, Winslow pushed the button.... and.... nothing. What am I missing?

    Galeb took a picture of your soul after your death, unfortunately you had no money to buy it that time...

    I did at the time because I stole from the tip jar three times (once to get coins, once for grog, and one to keep). Then I had the photo for so long that I overlooked it when I got to the locket part, hah
