I think the voodoo lady took it. After watching the cut scene at the end, I'm thinkin she was planning on using it as leverage over Morgan after she dies. AKA 'you bring me back essence of LeChuck after Guybrush and Elaine kill him so I can bring him back, and then I'll bring you back to life la la la'
