The Best TOMI Chapter?

edited December 2009 in Tales of Monkey Island
After just finishing the game, I was wondering what you guys though the best chapter was? My personal favorite was Chapter 3: Lair of the Leviathan. Despite no insult sword fighting, I felt the pirate face game to be one of the most innovative and fun additions to the series.

I started a poll on that question some days ago, it seems like the majority of people enjoyed Trial and Execution most.

I say Lair of the Leviathan. It's where Morgan gets the shine. Well, for the first time. Eugh, well, except for the awesome fighting scene in episode two, but that was relatively short.

Chapter four. It was my first on launch chapter (for PC) so the build up for me was just incredible (thanks to forum hype). The chapter itself was just incredible, harking back to the best bits of escape, and having such an awesome plot.

The 4th chapter for me. of course it would have been better with murray.

This was tough. All the last three chapters had something going for them, and while I honestly think I enjoyed the fourth more... I have to go with Lair of the Leviathan. The ending to chapter four was just so... sudden, I felt like we were only just getting into the game when it ended! Chapter three was when the series hit it's stride, I think. It just had so much going for it. And Murray, of course.

Chapter Three. It was where Tales really started to come into its own by developing characters like Morgan and Winslow and raising questions of allegiance, trust and ambiguity.

Finally voting in one of these. I think I'm gonna go with chapter 4 overall; a great balance between comedy (yay Stan!) and darkness (I think you all know what I'm referring to).

All the chapters had their special moments, and they all had some memorable puzzles and great cutscenes. It was not an easy choice picking a personal favourite!

I thought 3 was the most fun to play, and had some good development for Morgan. I thought the story of DeCava and the voodoo lady was interesting too. And of course, Murray's character they had spot on, he's always fun.
