S&M S1 not showing up in games list

So, I just bought Sam & Max Season 1 and though I got a confirmation email and it shows up in my list of orders linked to the account, the games are not in my games list.

Right after checking out, I did get taken to a page with download links for all the episodes, but the serials were just weird symbols and when I looked in my list of games they weren't there.

Am I supposed to wait for the payment to get through or something? I think I remember other games popping up there instantly.

As a quick workaround until it is fixed you could try if activating the games with your TTG Account works. Here are the download links:
Sam & Max 101: Culture Shock
Sam & Max 102: Situation: Comedy
Sam & Max 103: The Mole, the Mob, and the Meatball
Sam & Max 104: Abe Lincoln Must Die!
    Sam & Max 105: Reality 2.0
Sam & Max 106: Bright Side of the Moon

Not much help but same issue here. Might I add that in the e-mail I received the cd-key part is simply blank. During the order the cd-keys were, as mentioned in the first post, weird symbols/characters.

I also have this exact problem after buying the season today. The only Sam & Max episode showing up in my Games list is Ice Station Santa, which I used a coupon to get back in December.

    Same problem here too.

That's not helping for me, as I'm playing the games through Crossover for mac and it seems the only way to activate the games there is entering the serial numbers.

I'm having the same problem. I just purchased it and downloaded the first 3 episodes and then accidentally closed the window before I finished downloading the rest. I tried to go back in to download it and it shows my invoice, but there's no link to download the games. Also the email invoice I received has a blank spot where the serial key is supposed to be. Help please!

Oh dear, seems Max has gotten into the SamnMax store and has caused merry havok with the system!

I'm absolutely sure that TellTale will sort you all out quickly thought and you'll get your games. Just give them a chance to get there coffee, and in a few hours when its (am there they'll be along to fix you all up!

On a side note, if any of you are thinking about ordering the game disk too, can you let us know if this Samandmax2010 offer does include the disk once you get sorted? Its not clear if it does or not!!

Ditto here on this problem. When I got my confirmation email, it didn't give me a serial number, either.
  • edited January 2010
    Waiting answer from support team.

Same kind of problems like you guys are having: no serial number on email and no download links on "your purchases". Tho, S&M Season One has appeared on my account page!

    same here
  • edited January 2010
Yup, having the same problem. Emailed support.

Got the same issue, the order does show up in the "Stuff you bought" list, but no games
  • edited January 2010
    Same here.

The purchase appears on my account, but the games don't show up, meaning something really screwed up there, but since the purchase has been done and it shows up on the account, it means it's just a minor screw up that will be fixed in due time.

Also, even by downloading a demo, logging in with my account says the game is not associated with mine. Looks like a database error to me.

Now I'll go grab a coffee and wait till it's sorted out.

    I'm having the same problems.

Having same issue as everyone else. Placed an order, shows an invoice, but no games, also no serial numbers on web page or the confirmation email.
  • edited January 2010
Well, I think Telltale already knows we have an issue. Today the site has some little problems, so, I guess this is part of the Issue.

By the way, I asked my Season 1 purchase as a Gift. It doesn't appear either.

    Hi all,
We had a little issue with S&M serials. Please send me a support@telltalegames.com ticket and we'll clean it up so you can see your games, including the serials.

    Thanks,
    bonnie

ps- be sure to include the order number in your support ticket. It's a little faster that way.

Wait, is sending a ticket different than just sending an e-mail?

I always get confused with these support things.

    Hi Kgummy,
Don't worry about it, check your account again, you should now see your serial and games should be able to play. Yay!

I'm going down the list of forum peeps on this thread. Everyone effected should be receiving a pm from me when your serials have been activated.

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Cheers,
    bonnie

Hi Bonnie......It looks like my account and Order is messed up.

I origianlly registered early this morning to get the S&M 1 sale going on....and it never asked me for a handle for the forum. So I'm coming on under a different email. My order number is . Please help.

    I did send an email.

Ack! Sorry guys, I'm not getting your tickets. Most of you guys that wrote into this thread should be up and running. Still going through this list, looking up your account and assigning serials. Shouldn't be much longer, I promise.

    Cheers,
    bonnie

Hi Bonnie, can you sort me out too? I just sent an email to Telltale Support, but only just got round to checking the forums out for problems - seems I should have, of course, done this first...but good to know I'm not the only one!

    Cheers from Scotland :-)

Sent an email couple of hours ago, but still not working. Could you please fix my order too.
  • edited January 2010
I got my order and the serial number but it says it isn't valid.

Hope everything is going ok. Thanks for all the hard work the whole team does to produce such great games.

Same. Thanks bonnie for the serials, but the launcher now says: SERVOR_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND
  • edited January 2010
Yeah, same here. Fix one problem and another just rears its ugly head, it seems. Thank you for the quick response, in any case. Now, if only I remembered where I put my old copy of the original Sam and Max game, I could replay that while I wait.

I am in the same boat as everyone else. Still don't see download links in my account, nor do i see serial #s. Help?
  • edited January 2010
Thanks for the serials and links :)

Now I have the same problem like these guys above: it says my serial# is not valid.

    Me too.......Misery loves Company :D

Ok, sorry guys. We just got the support email issue fixed so all the emails that I was not getting were hung up but now they're here. Yay! I checked most of the serials that I just assigned and they appear, at least on my end, to be active and working. Can you all do a hard refresh or log in again for me and see if that works? I will look in this further to see if I accidentally missed anything.

If you don't hear from me on the forums or support replies by the end of the day, go ahead and pm me. I definitely receive those mails, no problem.

Appreciate your patience. It's just little ol' me in support right now so going as fast as my little fingers can type. ;)

Does anyone else feel like this Friday is really a Monday?

    xoxxo,
    bonnie

Just bought the first season with the 5 dollar extravaganza.

Alas, the SEVER_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND error code emerges every time I try to unlock the game.

The games and serial numbers show up fine, though. Entering it manually brings up the same error.
