    Ive just got the Email:

    "Your Telltale support issue has been received [issue-26343]"

    But no fix yet :/

    Ok, think we found the problem. We have to smack SecruROM around a little and all should be well in a few moments. Sam & Max are on a big time out for mucking this up...

    I'm afraid the serials aren't working for me too...

    That's what happens when you guys make such a wonderful sale, haha!

    Yeah My account is fine now......but I do the folowing:

    Download the Game

    Select Play now

    Game says logging you in
    and I see an error in the login tab:

    Your logged in Great! But.,.. we don;t see this game in your account.

    So I Then go to the Serial Number Unlock Tab
    enter the serial and get unlock unsuccessful error code SERVER_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND.

    I just bought Sam and Max Season 1, and I am having the same problem with activation as everyone else. I sent a support email with my order number in it.

    Same as everyone else, I've posted a ticket, to no avail, so far >_<

    I'd hate to be responsible for fixing this! don't work to hard, support team ;)

    Finally got the links for download and I downloaded all 6 episodes but when trying to play game it says it is not a valid serial number. Hope that everything works out soon.

    Same here. I can't unlock my games either. Ah well. For a deal like that, I'd wait a week to actually play.

    Um... hello.
    I'm getting the same problem — SERVER_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND.
    "This serial number does not seem to be valid. Did you mistype it? Please check your serial number and try again." Despite doing a copy and paste on the serial number.

    As did most of the other people having the same problem, I bought Season 1 as part of the $4.95 deal. I have serial numbers (they're the same for each of the five episodes, in case that's a problem). I've activated other games before, and this is the first problem with activation.

    Unlike what everyone is saying, though, I've had an error in the billing. Telltale actually billed me absolutely nothing. ($4.95 - $25.00 discount.) I doubt that the two problems are related, but if they are, Telltale needs to know. If they aren't, Telltale deserves to know anyway. (In case someone is thinking "they just haven't billed you yet," it's about three hours since I ordered the season now, and my invoice says $0.00 as well.)

    Try to unlock it loggin it with your account. That if you are not using a Windows Emulator, that it.

    Ok, in the next few minutes I would like Lersveen, Black_Hand, namibo, Wezxo, Phinor, Gilead, Clord, and Tomtomtomtom to check their account. Let me know if the new serials I give you work without the 'SERVER_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND' error. I'm trying a little experiment and if it works, it will be the new fix for all of the rest of you. Cross your fingers!

    Forgot to mention to all that are receiving new serials, I'll need you to clear out all your login data from the game launcher/wrapper. To do that, hit ctrl shift + followed by ctrl shift -

    Now try to log in again.

    Let me know what happens.

    I have the games now, but i've got the same problem as everyone else: SERVER_ERROR_LICENSE_NOT_FOUND. :(

    I erased my login info as you said bonnie, but there is still the same error, with the new serials! No luck! Still, Thanks for helping us!

    Same here. Have serials but it won't accept them or any of the other registration methods.

    No serial number for me also. The confirmation e-mail was blank where the serial number should have been and my "purchased games" page is not showing it either.

    Ok, this is turning into a bigger issue that is beyond me. I've grabbed a few of the ttg boys on other projects and they are working on it. We hope to have you playing the games soon.

    Truly sorry for the serial issues/delay. Appreciate your patience and understanding. You guys have been great through this whole daymare.

    This has not fixed anything for me. In My games, it only says "Sam & Max Season 1" under Stuff I Bought, but there's still nothing under Your Games!, and I never even got serials. Wassupwiddat?
