I took a test on Machiavellian personality assessment test and ended up with 91/100. Woo? At least I can be a good politician now. In any case, here is the test.

    50/100

    Apparently I reject Machiavelli's opinions.

I also want some Chutney. I feel like I 'm a disgrace to my country for wanting either of those things. (Or at least I've heard most people don't like theme here)

I know most countries don't like vegemite but I love it.

"hight Mach" I apparently endorse my Machiavelli's opinions

I'm not sure if that's good or not.

I wonder if there is a correlation between nerdiness and Machiavellianism...

You know how I was going to write a novel for my character Ranger Newman a little while ago? Well I realized at some point last month that the one part of the story I was trying to write would not fit as a full novel, I also decided early this month that the story would be in five parts, and it would get progressively more grim. Those five parts will now all be part of the same novel.

It's also in first person, which led to a problem when I decided
That it would end with Ranger's 9th and final death. This makes sense in context.

At first I thought I would have to switch to writing in third person there, but today I realized that I could keep it this way if I wrote it in the perspective of
    Ranger's Girlfriend/Wife, Maddy.

    Just write the story.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut for $5(75% off, originally $20) and The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom for $0.50(90% off, originally $5) are EXCELLENT choices.

What breed of dog is Sam, a bloodhound?

Thanks for the suggestions, guys! I like what's been mentioned so far.

Remember to conserve your spending. Take note of what is a daily deal and what is available for the entire run of the sale(for example, you can pick up Winterbtottom for 50 cents anytime between now and January 2nd, while The Witcher is a Daily Deal). Try not to spend on something that is only 25-50% off on a non-daily deal, because it could very well go on sale during the Daily Deals for a greater discount.

I currently have scummvm version 0.10.0

For windows 7 64 will I need to download the Windows 64bit zipfile?

It's no exaggeration to say I'm thriftier than Jack Benny. I picked up Winterbottom though; the deal was too good to pass up. With as long as the Steam sale is going on I will probably hold off on a lot for the entire week, and as usual I expect all of the best deals will make a comeback on the 2nd of January anyway.

    *sigh* My average/barely above average drawing skills really frustrate me when I seriously want to draw something but I never get to make it look remotely passable ;___;

Is there someone here that can explain to me todays (Being wednesday) Ctrl+Alt+Del comic?

    Where is this comic?

Just made it into California at about 6 Pacific Standard Time. My flight wasn't cancelled, but I was holding my breath until my Virgin Atlantic flight was airborne. I really could have lived without the panic of the last two days, but retrospectively it could have been worse. Of course, as I'm typing this, it's been officially 48 hrs since I had any sleep, so yeah...perspective and all that.

Wow, what the hell happened to the art in that comic? I stopped reading it quite awhile ago (circa the miscarriage fiasco), so I haven't been keeping up. Tim's never been an award-winning artist, but that just looked uncharacteristically shoddy.

I would imagine that you didn't get an answer because nobody knows. This is merely conjecture on my part. Have you tried asking around elsewhere... like the help forum?
  • edited December 2010
Yeah I guess I should ask there, but on second though my question was pretty stupid in the first place.

It's because he manned up as an artist and stopped copy pasting. He's now stuck in the rutt of trying to learn to draw for real now, and he has a bit of catching up to do because of all the years of copy paste.

whereas gabe from penny arcade learned to draw good from the years of having to actually draw for his comics.

An Irish Wolfhound, but only because this is the largest breed in average
