Honestly, Guru. Delete this thread. Delete it, watch the post counts fall, and then restart it. I'll beg if I have to.

You've not heard the last of this. This topic needs an enema.

Just received my copy of Chrono Trigger in the mail today.

Oddly enough, even though the site I ordered it from was a UK site, I received an American Import.

Definately not complaining though, since I got it for £14, much cheaper than anywhere else I have seen it in the UK.

Its not the first american import I have on the DS either.

I remember once purchasing an import of Elite Beat Agents from a local independant game shop (which has since closed and been replaced by a rubbish Mobile phone shop-thing (bascially one of those rubbish phone market stalls inside the shopping centre...)).

Paid the same for it as i would have done if I had bought it when it when it eventually was released in Europe, but I did get it quite a bit earlier.

Its such a shame that the 3DS' region lock will prevent me from buying imports for it.
(I could easily see myself buying a few American RPGs early, as many take ages to get here, due to extra time required to translate to different languages... :/)

Am I the only one disturbed by your saying this while the joker holds out a finger?

Something that happened to me at work last week:

Me: Hello, this is [Me] from [Company]. We are currently updating our database. Do you have a moment to answer a few questions for me?

Recipient: I don't know who [Company] is. Take me off your list.

Me: I'm sorry madam, but this list is only compiled of people who buy regularly from us. We just want to make sure all of our information is correct.

Recipient: I've never bought anything from [Company]! Take me off your list!

Me: We recently had a name change. Does [Older name of Company] ring any bells?

Recipient: (suddenly a whole lot nicer) Oh! [Older name of Company]! Okay! But why do you need to verify anything? You already have my phone number.

Me: It's all of three questions, madam. Can you give me a moment?

    Recipient: Oh, fine.

Me: Thank you. Are you still located at X Street?

Recipient: No, we moved to X Avenue.

Me: And are you still located at [room number]?

Recipient: No, it's [new room number] now.

Me: And your title is [title]?

Recipient: No, it's been changed to [new title] now.

Me: Thank you and have a nice day!

(And she said I didn't need to verify any information! This is why I bang my head on my desk. At least I work from home)

    Internet, I require you're assistance.

I'm supposed to draw a caricature of a celebrity and draw stuff characteristic of him in the background. I chose Nicolas Cage because it was the first name that popped up on my mind because I had been reading Homestuck >_> Anyways, since I pretty much know nothing about actors I have no idea what to do with that second part of the work and was wondering if you guys could help.

...And there go a sixth of my posts, locked in a box and tossed overboard. Oh well, at least I have my signature to remind me of one of the funniest things to happen in the last few months. Even if it has been obliterated from history like everything else.

    Tropes of Cage.

I recommend drawing killer bees in the background, him in a bear suit, a giant burning wicker man, him throwing a huge tantrum, him wearing an Indiana Jones outfit, etc.

Such a gesture would most definitely make the world a little brighter. Or maybe a little darker. One or the other. Maybe both.

Anything that doesn't require me to lose most of my day? I like some of your ideas though, I WILL sneak bees in there somehow at least, you have my word.

I have a bug bite on my knee. Two weeks ago I had a bug bite on my other knee that swelled up so bad I could hardly walk. I hope that this time it doesn't do the same thing the other one did, but at least it's nice to know that my knees are totally appetizing.

First, I already apologized. Second, the quote in your signature wasn't one of the posts I moved. Third, if you guys were the ones breaking the rules, why am I the one who's about to go through over 40 pages of your posts to try and remember which threads I moved them from?

I have two people pissed at me because I moved their posts. Imagine how pissed the forum would be if I deleted so many of their posts?

    Not going to happen.

I would be almost as mad as I was when that telemarketer called me 17 years ago. When I was part girl. And spoke gibberish.

And THAT is why they'll never make you a mod. Taunting other mods is simply not a good way to get on their good side. Looks like you're going to have to do some major a
    pe
kissing in order to make up for your error.
