Gee, I was going to moan at how i've discovered a glitch in a game near the end (like 40 hours in) that whizzes through all dialogue at 100 miles an hour, but that just seems out of place now.
My condolences. Has anyone spoken to him about anger management courses? Is he like that towards other people, or just you?

He's like that to everyone.
Hell he always gets himself into trouble all the time.
Once he gets mad, he almost never lets it drop.
One of these days he is going to get himself into serious trouble.
(I mean going into a horrible rage, over a bloody cable? Hell, we have like 3 or 4 of those around the house, not hard to find)
He also smashed a mug in the garden and punched some doors as well.
(The mug pieces are still out there. R.I.P. Pumpkin mug, you were a good mug. Condolences to his brother Ghost mug too. )
And he claims to have done anger management before, but he's a sneaky type and probably was just saying that, or just not attending them or something.
And he is capable of being quite nice, but its rare.
He came in earlier, and he was completely unapologetic.
He didn't think he did anything wrong at all.
He was even blaming me. Calling me a 8 year old because I cried.
I really try not to hate him. But he makes it so, so hard.
But recently he has got so bad, its actually scaring me.
I'm really sorry RetroVortex, no one should have to deal with that kind of stuff. I don't even know what to suggest, given that it sounds like you're stuck living together for the time being, and he's only likely to change if he wants to.

In hindsight, its not so much that I'm afriad of him.
Its more that I am afriad of what he could become.
You see, I've been bullied a lot in my life, and I loathe bullying of any kind, and he is becoming the very thing I despise the most in life.
I have issues, but I admit them, and I try really hard to get over them.
But he does not think there is anything wrong with him, or he does, but he's too stubborn and afriad of his own imperfections to admit and deal with them.
RetroVortex, you probably know I've stared at your posts at your brother nearly all day. It's not that I can't be arsed or not bothered at all to reply, more what to say.
I've been there myself with family and it's hard. Really hard. My heart goes out to you. I have no real advice because I usually wait until it blows over and hope it doesn't happen again for a while.

He sounds like less of a bully and more like a future convict. People with outbursts of anger sometimes have issues in the pituitary gland.
But seriously, had a great weekend in Atlanta at Dragon*con with Rather Dashing and I guess Comrade Pants for the like, 5 minutes I saw him. Twas filled with Ralph Bakshi, half naked girls in terrible costumes, and IHOP dinners.
I have all these dreams and memories and people surrounding me and memories and dreams . I see things, I hear things, that aren't part of our reality. Am I sane am I insane? Is there are true definition. Ozzy Crazy Train doesn't think we're all that sane as a society. XD Love you guys, but I keep remembering things, bits and pieces I remember things.

I got engaged to Comrade Mortis. I had a good reason not to be around. We were drinking because we're alcoholics and we embrace that.
taking your fiancee to a nice restaurant is a good idea. not having drunken sex and trying to brag about it. WE COULD HAVE HAD STEAK.
Yeah, suuuuuuure. The routes there were not entirely wheelchair friendly and we wanted to strike out on our own. Furthermore, our plan was more fun. When did we try to brag about it, anyway? Well, only when we wanted to annoy the both of you. That was fun.
i like how we walked around a bit and realized that josh and i wasted an hour an a half of time that we could have spent eating onion rings at ihop to complain about the slightest incline

Eh. Don't care. Why are you so naggy... and boring? Like, all the time. Even in person. It was an experience. A lesson in torment. Every time Mortis and I did couply things, BAM! Topes!
1.) Friday - Went downtown for a pep rally on the river celebrating the start of college football. Watched the team parade down on floats, the bands playing loudly. Had drinks with a pretty lady, then left about 8:30. Went to see a band play with some friends, talked to a pretty girl, had drinks until about 12:30. Went dancing about 1:00 and finished the night out at about 3:00.
2.) Saturday - Quiet night. Got with friends about six, had dinner at a friends then went shopping. Had to call it a night early because on Sunday...
3.) Sunday - Beach time. Headed out to the coast with friends, got there around 11:00. Proceeded to drink beers, go swimming, soak up the sun and play guitar until the sun came down. Went to dinner at a friend of a girlfriends house, then made the drive home insanely tired at midnight. Two hours later, and I passed out for 11 hours.
4.) Monday - Recuperation day. Dinner with the family, traditional BBQ. Went out for a half marathon, ran 13 miles in 2:45:00.

Woo! Infraction! I love being able to speak my mind and everything. That's really cool. You know, instead of just censoring things that you find offensive, you could just let people suck it up and deal with things. But whatever. Modding here is too heavy in the wrong places and I already got a fiance and several kickass friends from here so I got what I need out of this dump. I'm gone.
I simply commented that she was being, you know, a bit... her about Comrade Mortis' and my conduct at the con and how we preferred drinking to trying to get me in my wheelchair to come horridly inaccessible place with stupidly high prices instead of celebrating our engagement in our own way. You know. Something like that. That's not being a dick, that's pointing out the obvious. Food for thought.
I heard you the first time, buddy. I'm not being a dick. I actually specifically avoided her at the con just to avoid being a dick to her and now she pushed it. Furthermore, I had kinda just gotten engaged, so... Anyway, if anyone else has something else to say to me, I'm on Skype. I'm done with this.
Geez, just when the morning was already pretty crap.
We wouldn't tolerate relative randoms slandering each other elsewhere on the forum, so I don't see why we should be expected to tolerate it here. If you have a problem with someone, you have more appropriate places to discuss it. Doing so here is just mean-spirited (not to mention pretty unfun for the rest of us).
Woah this went in a completely bad direction while I was gone.
Hm.. Dude, Comrade. Considering you were egging on Dashing on I pretty much every time you saw us together by constantly talking about how we were secretly fucking or something along those lines, and honestly making the both of us feel rather uncomfortable about it, I didn't realize you'd be upset by friendly banter along the same lines back. Honestly, I had felt a little hurt and dejected by the fact that you and your fiancee had completely ditched all of the plans we had made as a group, engagement or not. I really did want to spend time with you because you are my friend, though I'm not sure if you are now. Truth is, I just wanted to have a good time with all the friends I had. I wouldn't have paid 700 dollars to do otherwise. Either way, I pushed it too far for you apparently and I was unable to see it until it was too late. Consider this a formal apology. Not sure if you'll read it, but I really do mean it.
Maybe this shouldn't be on this thread, but really I didn't want this portion of the thread to end so maliciously.
I don't see how I could of made a mistake on something so simple. Could you quickly solve this for me thanks, just to double check myself...it's a easy problem...

On the plus side, its only 6 days till I go on holiday!
But even more importantly, only 4 days till Star Fox 64 3D comes out.
That makes EVERYTHING better!
BLEEEEGGGGHHH!!!

It was the firewall.
No not the windows one, the one built into the router itself.
But would it be safe to leave it off though?
I got Avast, and Windows Firewall, which is pretty decent protection for general use.
And neither of those intrude on my videogames either.

Tope, when people are in love they do crazy things. We all do I never thought I would be going to college but you know my Girl talked me into it.
With this said if your going to argue about the damn convention do it somewhere other than the forums.
