What is?

I think Maurice Chavez, the host of GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories radio's (the only) program "Pressing Issues" sounds EXACTLY like Andrew Chaikin in his Papierwaite voice, maybe his weird accent toned down.

I mean, I did listen to VCPR ALL the time during my re-play through of GTA Vice City just because of that, but I didn't want to open a thread because I wasn't able to use YouTube that time and I wanted to support my thoughts with some sound bits. Speaking of...

    I wouldn't say it's exact, but I do hear some similarities. It's weird how a spanish accent and a french one can sound the same.

    Maurice's voice isn't...nearly as high-pitched, but still there is quite a similarity!

    Ahh, VCPR..the only station I listened to on GTA VC, and still found funny 10 times over
